Scope and Purpose of System Use

FeedLink Swine is an integrated supply chain management platform developed to connect Customers, Manufacturers, Store Owners, Delivery Riders, and Super Admins within Ormoc City, Leyte.

The platform provides:

Feed procurement services
Wholesale and retail ordering
Product and inventory management
Delivery coordination and tracking
Rider assignment management
Order monitoring through web and mobile applications

The purpose of the system is to improve efficiency, transparency, accessibility, and management of swine feed distribution operations.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

All users agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information
Use the platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
Ensure all transactions are valid and authorized
Respect other users and avoid misuse of the system
Follow all operational and security policies of FeedLink Swine

A. SUPER ADMIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibilities

Managing overall platform operations
Verifying Manufacturer and Store Owner accounts
Monitoring transactions and delivery activities
Managing reports and analytics
Maintaining platform security and integrity

Allowed Actions

Approve or reject applications
Suspend or deactivate accounts
Access system-wide reports and records
Monitor deliveries and transaction activities

Prohibited Activities

Abuse administrative privileges
Share confidential information without authorization
Manipulate records unlawfully
Access data unrelated to official duties

B. MANUFACTURER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibilities

Managing products, prices, and inventories
Maintaining accurate stock records
Processing wholesale orders properly
Updating product information regularly

Allowed Actions

Add and manage products
Set unit types and prices
Process wholesale transactions
Update inventory and stock information

Prohibited Activities

Upload false product information
Manipulate prices fraudulently
Sell prohibited or illegal products
Access unauthorized records

Verification Requirement: Manufacturers must provide a Valid Government-Issued ID and Business Permit. False or misleading submissions may result in account suspension or rejection.

C. STORE OWNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (WITH DELIVERY SERVICE)

Responsibilities

Managing customer orders
Coordinating deliveries
Managing rider applications
Assigning riders to wholesale orders
Monitoring delivery progress
Maintaining accurate transaction records

Allowed Actions

Accept or reject rider applications
Manage approved rider accounts
Assign riders to wholesale orders
Access delivery tracking information
Manage inventory and customer transactions

Prohibited Activities

Assign unauthorized riders
Manipulate delivery records
Share customer information unlawfully
Conduct fraudulent activities
Access unauthorized system records

Verification Requirement: Store Owners must provide a Valid Government-Issued ID and Business Permit. False or misleading submissions may result in account suspension or rejection.

Delivery Service Rules

Only valid wholesale orders may be assigned to Delivery Riders. Store Owners are responsible for ensuring proper rider assignment, accurate delivery tracking, and responsible handling of customer information.

D. DELIVERY RIDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibilities

Delivering assigned orders safely and honestly
Updating delivery statuses accurately
Maintaining professionalism during transactions
Protecting customer information

Allowed Actions

View assigned deliveries
Update delivery progress
Access customer addresses related only to assigned orders

Prohibited Activities

Access unauthorized orders
Falsify delivery completion
Share customer information
Damage or steal products
Conduct fraudulent delivery activities

E. CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Responsibilities

Providing accurate order and delivery information
Paying for confirmed orders
Maintaining account security
Using the platform responsibly

Allowed Actions

Browse products
Place wholesale or retail orders
Track deliveries
Manage account information
View transaction history

Prohibited Activities

Use fake identities
Submit fraudulent orders
Attempt unauthorized system access
Abuse platform services or other users

Prohibited Activities

All users are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or records
Uploading malicious software or harmful content
Conducting fraudulent transactions
Manipulating inventory, pricing, delivery, or transaction records
Disrupting platform operations and security
Using the platform for illegal activities

Violations may result in:

Account suspension
Permanent account termination
Administrative or legal action

Data Ownership and Handling Responsibilities

Users retain ownership of the information they provide to the platform.

FeedLink Swine processes user data only for:

Delivery coordination
Inventory management
Reporting and analytics
Security monitoring and fraud prevention

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate, lawful, and updated.

Sensitive records are handled confidentially and may only be accessed by authorized personnel.

Limitation of Liability

FeedLink Swine is an academic and operational platform developed for educational and management purposes.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain system reliability:

The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service
Developers and administrators are not liable for losses, delays, or damages resulting from system use
Users assume responsibility for decisions and transactions made through the platform
The platform is not liable for internet interruptions, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence

Compliance with Republic Act No. 10173

FeedLink Swine complies with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

The platform follows proper collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data in accordance with Philippine privacy laws.
